Michel is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Civil Engineering at the University of Sydney. With over 20 years of experience in business development and complex construction and project management across the globe Michel offers clients with a strategic focus in the management and delivery of projects throughout the life of the project.
Dr Hong has worked as a Safety Manager/Consultant for the past 13+ years covering both the Public and Private sectors and across many industries: Construction [residential & mixed-commercial], civil, education, insurance, factory, etc. Dr Hong has a firm understanding on safety legislative practices and requirements that are expected on any site with a clean record of “zero harm”. Dr Hong continues to promote and proactively maintain a positive safety culture and practice to ensure everyone understands why safety is a necessity; from conceptualization through to occupational certification. Dr Hong continues to maintain a high safety standard with an established ISO accredited system under his belt.
